How do I access the secured areas of the cpsinsurance.com web site?
You will need to register for an account. Please visit the Site Registration page to register..
How do obtain a forgotten password?
Please visit the Password Retrieval page, fill out the form, and your password will be emailed to you.
Agent Connect
How
do I obtain a user name and password for Agent Connect?
Agent Connect is available to producers who have a total of 5 pending
and/or paid cases. To request your a user ID and password for Agent Connect,
please fill out the Agent Connect User
ID Request Form. Once we match your name, or corporation's name, to the
records in our agency management system, we will send you an email with the
user name and password you need to use to access Agent Connect. This "sign
up" process will take less than an hour, during normal business hours.

forgot/lost my Agent Connect user name and password.

Submission Form. A member of our staff will look up your Agent Connect user
name and password and email it to you.

How
do I obtain Policy Holder Service forms?
Policy Holder
Service forms are available in our Apps and
Forms section. After selecting a State and a Carrier from the drop-down
lists, select "Policyholder Service" from the "Choose A Product/Service
Type:" drop-down list. When you click Search, all available Policy Holder
Service forms will be available to you.
